A Peek Into Our Hectic Week :-)

So this week was busier than usual for us ...

Adam had to go back to the eye doctor this past week and he may need to have surgery again for his blocked tear duct :(

Ashleigh had a really bad "middle school" week and most days came home a wreck. We spend the day together running errands, looking for Halloween costumes, etc. and now she's doing a little bit better :-)

I am officially working from home now 3 days a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little rough but Monday's, Wednesdays & Friday's are a lot easier for me.

We've decided we are moving Adam to part time day care and keep him home with me. It wasn't an easy decision but it's easier for me to deal with him all day, keeping him on his normal schedule, than it is for me to deal with him for the 3-4 hours before he goes to bed when he goes to daycare all day. I am not sure what it is about going to daycare that makes him such a bear cub but he is VERY hard to handle. Plus there are other bonus' to him staying home with me ... he gets to spend more time with me before the twins are born ... our weekly day care bill is cut in half ... I can break him of the bottle a lot easier ... I get a little bit of company while working from home ... I am sure there are other benefits but those are the one's that come to mind first :-)

We went to the doctor yesterday and the twins are doing good. Aiden is up to 15 ounces and Andrew is up to 1 lb 3 ounces. Andrew is still about 9 days ahead of Aiden so the weight difference is expected. They are both growing really well and seem to be right on schedule. When we go to the doctor again in two weeks we are hoping to get a realistic delivery date so we can start making plans. Though as with our other babies our plans mean nothing to them - they come when they want to :-)
