Everyone that knows me knows that I am not shy about complaining when things don't go my way. My father always jokes that even though I have 3 siblings I've always acted like I was the only one. My husband probably would say the same thing.
The difference is that I never complain to the source ... until today!
I am sure that I am not the first person in the world to get a bad hair cut and earlier this week I got one. I went to a new place because I really need to find someone closer to home and she wanted to try something new. I know these are always famous last words but I went with it and all week I suffered through with people asking me "What did you do to your hair?" and "Did you cut that yourself?"
This morning I decided I had had enough and I called the lady up ... explained that I didn't like it and asked if she would mind cutting it back the style it was. I was very happy to hear her say she would and I went up there this afternoon to have it fixed. Now I am so happy with my new hair cut and I don't have to feel bad for the next 6 weeks with a horrible hair cut.
Life Lesson Of The Day ... Stand up for yourself and feel better for it!
