BOY OH BOY!!

So the verdict is in and it's 2 more boys for us! We are very excited about our new little additions! Both babies are healthy and growing, growing, growing - as am I :) Ashleigh really wanted them to both be boys and we were leaning towards boys only because we want them to all play well together, share a room and share clothes and toys! We see this as a cost saving factor. Plus I've already been through the Barbie, Princess, Etc stuff and now I can concentrate on boy stuff.

What does that mean?

Anyone that knows me knows that I am all girl. I don't like the outdoors, I rarely sweat, dirt is not my friend and I am not a huge fan of critters of any sort.

My neighbor has twin nephews and when I see them outside I've been trying to spend some time with them to get an idea of what life will be like with sons. I think they (the twins next door) will agree that I have a long way to go!!! The boys are the sweetest little things but I can tell they get frustrated with me when I am trying to help hold the container open for their crickets or help them catch a frog. These are not things that I've ever done before and to be honest - not things I am all that crazy about doing. But two broken nails and a couple of mild heart attacks later and I did manage to get the cricket into the container as well as the frog. Now if I can just master peeing off the back deck I'll be one of the boys :-)

This made me laugh! You will be a great mother of boys! Congratulations! And as far as the bug and frog thing goes - let them do all the work! If they want to catch them and play with them, fine, but I don't touch them! Well, I like frogs, but not bugs. They know that!
